Upon her latest arrival to Japan, Mother Monster was greeted once again with a Hello Kitty replica, so accurate that it's even wearing her Mugler jacket and signature spectacles. Two of my most favorite things, Lady Gaga and Hello Kitty! I am so jealous! This isn't the first time Mother Monster has received a one of a kind Hello Kitty replica either.
