While blogs and mags everywhere went crazy for the NYE kiss shared between Mother Monster and Mayor Bloomberg Saturday night, the Mayor later insisted Tuesday that his girlfriend's smooch was much better!
"The best kiss of the night came after that, from Diana,” he joked to reporters at a press conference in Queens.
Although the Mayor still seemed smitten with the mega star, he had the following to say about her:
"First, Lady Gaga is very charming. She’s a young lady who grew up and went to school here in New York City. She’s obviously a great entertainer,” he gushed. "She really does have some talent."
He also had a few things to say about their pre-smooch conversation:
”It was fun to talk to her about New York City,” said the mayor.
"I said, 'Well why? You know, you perform in front of big crowds all the time.' She said, 'But yeah, this is my home,'" he said.

Mayor Bloomberg steals a kiss from Mother Monster
Mayor Bloomberg steals a kiss from Lady Gaga at the strike of midnight on New Years Eve... and although his wife and daughter were standing right next to him, can you really blame him?
Mother Monster hosts after party on NYE
After one of Mother Monster's greatest nights ever, dropping the ball in Times Square with Mayor Bloomberg for New Years Eve and performing an amazing medley of 'Heavy Metal Love', 'Marry The Night', and 'Born This Way', she was in the mood to party!
Gaga invited several celebrity friends to an exclusive after party at her Restaurant 'Joanne's' to continue the celebration. Some of the guests included Ryan Seacrest, Julianne Hough, Derek Hough, Ashley Tisdale, Jenny McCarthy, and Demi Lovato. No one's completely sure if new love, Taylor Kinney, was there but it's pretty obvious that he must have been. He was also in NYC last night, seen leaving their hotel just before she did.
You deserve to celebrate, Mother Monster. You were amazing and inspirational last night, like always!

Mother Monster performs in Times Square for New Years Eve
Check out this awesome medley of Mother Monster performing Heavy Metal Lover, Marry The Night, and Born This Way last night in Times Square before she and Mayor Bloomberg dropped the ball to ring in the New Year! I don't have much more to say, this performance is absolutely amazing. Take a look.
Lady Gaga drops the ball!
Did everyone watch last night as Lady Gaga, who was handpicked by Mayor Bloomberg, pushed the button to drop the ball in Times Square? It was pretty amazing. Mother Monster, being a native New Yorker, has said that she was more than honored to push the button right before the stroke of midnight. Could that headpiece be any more appropriate? The answer is no. I love it. It appeared to me, even behind the mask, that Mother Monster was beyond emotional during the largest NYE celebration in the world. Take a look at the clip.

Paris Hilton visits Gaga's Workshop - "Loves it!"
Apparently Paris Hilton is a big fan of Mother Monster, too. She just tweeted these pics of Gaga's workshop. Since a lot of us aren't able to get out to Barneys in New York, I thought you might like to see em'.
Looks like a lot of fun! I'm a little disappointed in the pricing though. Everything seems very, very expensive. Too rich for my blood. Have any of you Little Monsters visited the workshop yet? Did you purchase anything? I would love to hear some personal experiences!

Mother Monster unveils Gaga's Workshop at Barneys
On Monday, November 21, 2011, Lady Gaga officially opened Gaga's Workshop at Barneys Department Store in New York (in a fabulous, custom designed gown by world renowned head designer of Chanel - Karl Lagerfeld).
The worskshop is located inside of Barney's flagship store and touts a massive square footgae of 5,500 feet. The workshop, filled with jagged mirrors, bright colors, crazy shapes, and a giant cartoon statue of the singer, was conceived, designed, and christened by Mother Monster herself.
"It's a 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' moment," Gaga said. "We wanted it all to be whimsical and fun, with a sense of art and fashion".
Items for sale range from studded leather motorcycle jackets for infants, Gaga Christmas ornaments, special edition Gaga snow globes, hundreds of headbands adorned with bows, iPhone and iPad covers, candies, cookies, lollipops (all featuring Mother Monster), hologram nail polishes, tons of toys, jewelry, accessories, and even a pair of $4,000 heel-less boots.
Gaga herself says that all items are designed to run the gamut of price and aim to appeal to many different ages.
It was also very important to Mother Monster that her workshop have a charitable aspect to it as well. For each product purchased from the Workshop or online, 25% of the sale will be donated to Gaga's anti-bullying Born This Way Foundation.
Gaga's workshop will be open through January 2. You can also purchase many of the goods online at http://bit.ly/tnv1CR

Pic of the Week!! Gaga Falls with a Hot Dog in her hand at Central Park, NY Vanity Fair Photoshoot
A day after her hometown of New York City commemorated the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks, the Big Apple’s favorite daughter Lady Gaga was back to work in the city that never sleeps and that which owns her heart.
Gaga returned to doing what she does best (besides sing) and that’s wear priceless couture. Wearing a champagne-colored, crinkled, poufy gown for a Vanity Fair photo shoot, Gaga looked gorgeous. She also fell, once again courtesy of those sky-high platform heels she favors. Beauty must suffer, right? Gaga’s spills while wearing heels are almost as famous as the heels themselves.
Gaga was partaking in a photo shoot in Central Park on Sept. 12, wearing a blonde wig with a beehive bump that’s reminiscent of Amy Winehouse and ornate glasses when she tumbled to the ground. She fell right in front of a street food vendor, too. How very Manhattan of her! She even trips in style.
It’s not the first time that Gaga has fallen in public, and it certainly won’t be the last, since we think Gaga will happily choose a fall over flats any day of the week. We still don’t know how she balances or teeters on those heels. She does look effortlessly darling sitting in a pile on the floor, even after she takes a huge header, doesn’t she? It’s not just the romantic attire, either!
But Gaga’s wipeout was quick. She was helped to her feet and went on with the photo shoot in the city she loves. During the media coverage of the 9/11 anniversary, Gaga said that her relationship with New York City is like a marriage, albeit one without all the legal papers and such! According to Celebrity Gossip, she said, “My affinity and my love and the relationship I have with New York City — it’s like the husband I never married.”
Lady Gaga's Vaginal Piercing Exposed
Lady Gaga is seen wearing a red dress with puffy sleeves and monster high heels. She donned a pair of wild sunglasses with exaggerated red rims. The singer's vagina piercing appears to be a silver hoop ring. Whether she tested the outfit out before going public isn't known, but she definitely didn't leave much room for error.
The piercing exposed in the photos come just weeks after the 2011 VMA Awards in which Gaga made news again with her male alter-ego, Jo Calderone. She went all out by adding a prosthetic penis in her character. Fans never have to worry about her going halfway.
