Cher and Mother Mons†er are going to make a duet! It's called 'The Greatest Thing' and is expected to be released in September. As most of you know, Cher has been a big fan of Gaga since last year when she presented Mother Mons†er with a VMA and offered to hold her meat purse. Gaga wrote the song long ago with Red One and apparently had no reason for not releasing it sooner.
"I always write these concept records and it just didn't fit it" Gaga told Mtv. "But it's always been, like, this big, massive, beautiful hit record and everyone always says, 'Why don't you put that on your album?' And I said, 'I don't know, it just doesn't fit in with everything else.'.
The song will reportedly be the lead hit single off of Cher's yet untitled 26th album.You can also hear a solo version of Gaga singing 'The Greatest Thing' below.
